Getting Your Piece to You

Once you place your order, it becomes personal to us. Every piece is carefully inspected and packaged within 2 to 4 business days of payment confirmation — orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next available business day.

You'll hear from us twice: once when your order is placed, and again with tracking details the moment it's dispatched.

From there, how long it takes to reach you depends on where you are:

Germany & the EU: 3 to 5 business days
Pakistan & India: 5 to 8 business days
UK, US, Canada & everywhere else: 5 to 8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — shipping times can sometimes shift depending on your specific country, customs, carrier delays, or local holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight, for both standard and international delivery.

From time to time, free shipping may be available on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

Tracking

Once dispatched, your tracking number arrives by email — please allow up to 24 hours for it to activate on the carrier's site.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders traveling outside their home country, customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival — these are set by your destination country, not by us, and aren't included in your order total.

We're not able to control delays from customs, so it's worth checking your country's import rules before you order.

Packaging

Every order leaves us packaged the way we'd want to receive it ourselves — with the same care we put into the piece itself.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date at maisonmaryim.store@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if you have them).

We'll sort it out with the carrier — this isn't just policy to us, it's a promise.
